Unlike many companies that rely on rigid checklists or offer “basic,” “standard,” or “deep” packages, I believe your home deserves a consistently thorough clean every time. I price per project rather than by the hour, so you never feel penalized for the extra care and attention your home receives.
With every new booking, we begin with a conversation. We discuss what “clean” means to you, review my signature routine, and tailor it to your preferences. Each service always includes your entire living space, from brilliantly polished showers and gleaming kitchens to dust-free surfaces, freshly mopped floors, and wiped cabinetry.

APARTMENTS
Base Rate
Your Base Rate covers any first time clean as well as monthly services, since a once-a-month visit often has as much buildup as an initial deep clean. This level is ideal for anyone who wants their home to receive a complete reset. Every clean includes my full Southern Gloss checklist: baseboards, showers, tubs, tile, sinks, dusting, floors, windows, doors, and every standard room in the home.
This is not a surface tidy. This is a full refresh transformation that removes grime, eliminates odors at the source, and restores the clean scent of an actually sanitized home. Whether you want your place guest-ready or simply want to feel truly relaxed in your own space, this service delivers a noticeable transformation. Depending on your layout, these appointments can take up to four hours.
Bi-Weekly
My most popular option! Biweekly care is the ideal cadence for maintaining a consistently clean and healthy home. Most people are surprised by how quickly life creates buildup such as shower film, dust, hair, food splatters, pet fur, and everyday grime. Once a month cannot maintain that “always clean” feeling. Every two weeks ensures your space never returns to a dull or dirty baseline.
Biweekly clients receive a full detailed clean at every visit. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, doors, cabinets, dusting, vacuuming, and surfaces are always refreshed. Because I maintain your home regularly, I can build upon each clean and direct extra time into elevated detail work. This often includes windowsills, fridge interior sanitizing, upholstery vacuuming, grout detail, and the finishing touches that keep your home feeling luxurious and cared for.
This cadence provides a discounted rate and is the ideal balance of value, maintenance, and high-end detail.
Weekly
This is the gold standard for clients who want a professionally maintained home at all times. With weekly care, there is zero buildup. This allows me to invest time into the deepest level of detail work such as oven interiors, vent and HVAC dusting, grout perfection, baseboards, corners, and any rotating specialty task your home needs.
Weekly clients enjoy a home that remains sparkling, refreshed, and hotel-level clean every single day. This cadence is perfect for busy professionals, frequent travelers, executives, pet owners, or anyone who wants their environment to always feel pristine without ever needing to clean themselves. This tier receives the highest discount because it reflects the most consistent care and partnership.

Custom Home Pricing
While I can confidently share apartment pricing since most layouts are similar, homes are completely unique.
Two homes with the same square footage can still require very different levels of care. One client may have a tidy, low-clutter space that is regularly maintained, while another may have the same size home with more buildup, detailed surfaces, or complex layouts that require additional time to meet my standard and yours.
Because of this, offering one flat rate for homes would be unfair to both. My goal is not to provide “a” price, but to provide the right price. Each home is individually quoted based on its layout, your budget, level of upkeep, and the results you want to achieve.
I care deeply about transparency, and that begins with an honest conversation about your home, your goals, and how to make the service fit both your needs and your investment.
